Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale may be subject to periodic changes at the sole discretion of DISTRIBUTION VERTECH.

The buyer agrees to be bound by the terms when placing an order to purchase products


VERTECH COMMANDS DISTRIBUTION:

The minimum order is $50.00 excluding taxes for a pickup.


PHONE ORDERS :

  • Please call us at 514-447-7989.
  • If possible, please provide the VERTECH product numbers at the time of ordering.
  • Orders can be placed from Monday to Thursday, between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, and on Friday between 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
  • Schedule subject to change due to holidays.

Orders can be sent by email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to one of these addresses:


ORDERS FOR PICKUP :

DISTRIBUTION VERTECH authorizes pickups at our warehouse; to avoid waiting, you can inquire with

our customer service for scheduling a pickup time. Orders are processed the same day and customer service

can inform you when the order is ready for pickup.


DELIVERIES :

  • Orders can be shipped prepaid and shipping charges added to your invoice
  • Shipping will be paid for on orders of $350.00 and over within the territory served by DISTRIBUTION VERTECH.
  • For delivery by our truck, the minimum purchase is $100.00

ORDERS IN SUFFERING:

If the product is on backorder; the purchase order remains open and will be shipped prepaid by ground or by carrier.

If the backordered product is marked as "PRODUCT ON REQUEST" on your order form, it will not be paid.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Our goal is to ship within 48 hours of receiving the order.


PAYMENT TERMS:

  • Net 30 days.
  • Payment by Visa or MasterCard credit card or electronic funds transfer.
  • DISTRIBUTION VERTECH reserves the right to withdraw or modify the payment terms with the buyer.
  • A fee of 2% per month, which can go up to 24% per year, may be charged on balances starting from 60 days.
  • Accounts that are 45 days past due may be put on hold until the overdue amount is settled.


BILLING DEADLINE :

Orders are billed at the shipping date.


MERCHANDISE RETURN:

  • A return merchandise authorization confirmed by DISTRIBUTION VERTECH.
  • The product will be inspected and the purchase made within the last 48 hours.
  • A return authorization form for the equipment confirmed by a representative of DISTRIBUTION VERTECH.
  • A 15% administrative fee will be charged for a return regarding a purchase made within the last 30 days.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • Damaged parts or parts that have been installed cannot be returned.
  • The cut parts, special parts "on request," and supplies with a shelf life cannot be returned.


ORDER ERRORS:

Please report any errors within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If you do not see the product in our online catalog, you can contact our representatives and send us a

precise photo of the part by email and we will be happy to conduct a search.
